How much did Bui Dam cost to build?

The Bui Dam is the 108 m high, 400 MW hydroelectric dam on the Black Volta River in Ghana, built by Sinohydro under an engineering-procurement-construction contract for the Bui Power Authority, with preparatory construction from January 2008, the first generator commissioned on 3 May 2013 and completion in December 2013. Power Technology says construction was initially estimated at 622 million dollars but a cost review in 2012 raised that by 168 million, giving a total investment of 790 million dollars.
