How much did Marina Barrage cost to build?

The Marina Barrage is the dam across the 350 m wide Marina Channel in Singapore, with nine hydraulically operated steel gates of 26.8 m each and pumps of up to 280 cubic metres per second, which turned Marina Bay and the Kallang Basin into the Marina Reservoir freshwater lake and gives water storage and flood control, and was opened on 31 October 2008. The Third World Centre for Water Management says it was built at a cost of S$226 million, as do Soil Instruments and Wikipedia, which puts the whole Marina Reservoir project at S$3 billion.
