How much did the Tarbela Dam in Pakistan cost to build, including remedial works?

Tarbela Dam on the Indus River in Pakistan is a large earth and rock-fill dam built by WAPDA with World Bank support, with construction of the main works starting in 1968 and the physical components completed in April 1976. A 1974-75 tunnel mishap during first filling required remedial works that finished in 1984. The World Bank's 1986 Project Completion Report puts the total project cost, including remedial works, at USD 1.497 billion against an initial estimate of USD 828 million; Wikipedia's USD 2.85 billion has no opened source.
