How much did Yeywa Dam cost to build?
Yeywa Dam is a roller-compacted concrete gravity dam and hydropower station on the Myitnge River in Mandalay Region, Myanmar, and the country's largest hydroelectric project. Its four Francis units give 790 MW and the reservoir holds about 2.6 billion m³ at full level. Chinese companies, including CITIC, Sinohydro and Gezhouba, supplied the equipment and built it with a China Eximbank preferential credit, and the station went into operation in 2010.
