155 North Wacker is a Class A office tower at Wacker Drive and Randolph Street in Chicago's West Loop. The John Buck Company developed the 194.6-metre building, designed by Goettsch Partners, with construction beginning in 2007 and completion in 2009. The tower contains 115,906 square metres of gross floor area, column-free office floors, two basement levels, 163 parking spaces and tenant conference and fitness facilities. Academic research on Chicago's property boom reports that the partly preleased development secured an estimated $290 million in construction loans in 2006.
