How much did 30 Park Place cost to build?
30 Park Place is a 926-foot mixed-use tower in Lower Manhattan designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. A Four Seasons hotel occupies the lower part of the building, with 157 private residences above. Initial foundation work began before the financial crisis; Silverstein Properties formally restarted construction in December 2013, and the completed development opened in 2016. At the opening, the developer described it as a USD 1 billion hotel-and-residences development, distinct from the earlier USD 950 million project estimate and USD 660 million construction loan.
