How much did 432 Park Avenue cost to build?

432 Park Avenue is a super-slender residential and mixed-use tower at Park Avenue and East 57th Street in Manhattan, developed by CIM Group and Macklowe Properties and designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects. The 425.7-metre tower uses an exposed concrete tube-in-tube structure, open mechanical floors and tuned mass dampers to control wind response at a slenderness ratio of roughly 1:15. Construction ran from 2011 to 2015. Developer Harry Macklowe estimated in 2013 that the building would cost about $1.25 billion to complete; that estimate is kept separate from the project's $400 million construction loan and equity contributions.
