How much did 55 Hudson Yards cost to build?

55 Hudson Yards is a 51-story office tower at Hudson Park and Boulevard on Manhattan’s West Side. Related Companies, Oxford Properties and Mitsui Fudosan developed the 780-foot building, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox; construction ran from January 2015 to October 2018. Mitsui reports 1,265,700 square feet of total floor area. A 2019 SEC mortgage disclosure records the borrower sponsor’s cost basis at approximately $1.31 billion, distinct from the $1.245 billion mortgage and an earlier $957 million construction-cost estimate that excluded land and leasing costs.
