What is the financing amount for 56 Leonard Street?
56 Leonard is a residential tower in Tribeca designed by Herzog & de Meuron as a stack of individually articulated homes. Work began in 2008, paused during the financial crisis, resumed in 2012 and reached completion in 2016, with occupancy following in 2017. The 250.2-metre (821 ft) tower contains 145 luxury residences. A Bank of America-led syndicate supplied a $350 million construction loan in 2013; developer Izak Senbahar later declined to disclose total project cost, so the loan is presented strictly as financing rather than as construction cost.
