What was the original budget of Abeno Harukas?

Abeno Harukas is a 300-metre mixed-use tower built above Ōsaka-Abenobashi Station in Osaka. Kintetsu announced the terminal-building reconstruction in 2007, began foundation work in 2010 and opened the completed complex in 2014. Its 60 above-ground floors combine a department store, offices, an art museum, the Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel and the Harukas 300 observatory. The tower was Japan's tallest building from 2014 until 2023.
