Road or highway 路 Canada

What was the original budget of Alberta Highway 956?

Alberta Highway 956, also called the La Loche Connector, is a proposed all-weather link between Highway 881 south of Anzac and Saskatchewan Highway 956 at the provincial border. Alberta originally described a 65-kilometre gravel road with a major Christina River bridge and estimated its provincial leg at CAD 40 million in 2005, but that build did not proceed. Budget 2025 later allocated CAD 7 million to the connector; the current Alberta project inventory still lists the total estimated cost as unavailable, while a new functional planning study is scheduled to develop an alignment and design through 2028.
