What total project cost does FHWA report for Boston's Big Dig?

Boston's Big Dig replaced the elevated Central Artery with an underground Interstate 93 route and added an Interstate 90 connection to Logan Airport, a harbor tunnel and a Charles River bridge. The U.S. Federal Highway Administration reports US$14.8 billion for the complete Central Artery/Tunnel project, rather than any one tunnel or bridge.
