What is the approved budget of Allen Road?

William R. Allen Road is a 7.5-kilometre municipal expressway and arterial corridor in Toronto, running north from Eglinton Avenue West into Dufferin Street. It is the only completed section of the planned Spadina Expressway south of Highway 401: Ontario stopped the route's remaining construction in 1971, the trenched road reached Eglinton in September 1976, and the northern arterial extension to Kennard Avenue opened in June 1982. Toronto's Line 1 subway occupies the median from Eglinton to north of Wilson Avenue, and the City reports about 80,000 vehicles on Allen Road during weekday peak periods.
