How much did Landmark 72 ultimately cost to build?

Landmark 72, formerly known as Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower and also marketed as AON Hanoi Landmark Tower, is a mixed-use complex on Phạm Hùng Road in Hanoi. The development combines a 72-storey office, residence and hotel tower with two residential towers and a shared retail podium. Keangnam's 2007 plan valued the entire complex at USD 1.05 billion; its 2011 corporate disclosure recorded a USD 901 million construction contract, while later reporting put the completed development's build cost at about KRW 1.2 trillion (USD 1.1 billion). Construction began in 2007, retail uses opened in 2011, and Keangnam records full completion in June 2012. The main tower has an architectural height of 328.6 metres, and Keangnam reported 608,946 square metres of gross floor area across the complex.
