How much did Asakusa Line cost to build?

Tokyo's first Toei subway line links Oshiage and Nishi-magome. Its Oshiage–Asakusabashi section opened in December 1960, and the final extension to Nishi-magome opened in November 1968. A Japan Subway Association construction-cost table records ¥86.4 billion for the original 18.75 km construction scope; the operating route is listed separately as 18.3 km. The later proposal for a Tokyo Station airport-access spur is a different project and is not included in this figure.
