What was the reported total budget for the Athens Metro Line 3 extension to Piraeus when all six stations opened in 2022?

The Athens Metro Line 3 extension runs approximately 7.6 kilometres from Aghia Marina to Dimotiko Theatro in Piraeus and added six stations. The first three opened in July 2020; Maniatika, Piraeus and Dimotiko Theatro opened on 10 October 2022, completing the extension. The project owner reported a EUR 730 million overall budget at opening, including electromechanical systems and trains. Earlier programme budgets and the smaller civil-works and train-supply contracts refer to different scopes or reporting dates; none is an independently audited final expenditure. The new underground Line 3 station at Piraeus is distinct from the older surface Line 1 terminal.
