How much did Bank of America Plaza (Atlanta) cost to build?
Bank of America Plaza is a 55-storey office tower at 600 Peachtree Street NE in Atlanta. Developed by a Cousins Properties?NationsBank partnership and designed by Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates, it was completed in 1992 under the name NationsBank Plaza. Its architectural height is 311.8 metres, including the spire; the specialist tall-building register gives 117,242 square metres for the tower's gross floor area. A published building guide reports a $150 million original construction cost, but the developer's later property carrying values are not interchangeable with that construction figure.
