How much did Bank of China Tower, Shanghai cost to build?

Bank of China Tower at 200 Yincheng Middle Road is a 53-storey office building in Shanghai's Lujiazui financial district, distinct from the older Bank of China Building on the Bund and the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong. Nikken Sekkei designed it with the Shanghai Institute of Architectural Design & Research, shaping the tower to face the Huangpu River and fit its neighbouring high-rises. The architects record completion in 2000, an architectural height of 226.1 metres and 116,945 square metres of floor area. Shanghai property listings report US$230 million as total project investment, but an original owner account, precise cost year and independently audited final construction cost have not been located.
