How much did the third phase of Cairo Metro Line 3, Phase 3 cost?

Cairo Metro Line 3 phase 3 extends the third line of the Cairo Metro westward and northward; in November 2015 MEED reported that a consortium led by Orascom Construction with Colas Rail, Alstom and Arab Contractors won the electromechanical and systems works, with Alstom's part valued at about 204 million dollars and Orascom's at about 113 million, and estimated the cost of the phase at 1.8 billion dollars. Phase 1 of the line opened in 2012 and phase 2 was completed in 2014.
