How much did CapitaGreen cost to build?

CapitaGreen is a 40-storey, 245 m office tower at 138 Market Street in Singapore's Raffles Place, completed in 2014 and owned by CapitaLand Commercial Trust, CapitaLand and Mitsubishi Estate Asia. A May 2016 PropertyGuru report on Yahoo Finance says the tower had a total development cost of 1.3 billion Singapore dollars and a market value of 1.6 billion, when the trust agreed to buy the remaining 60 percent interest for 393 million; Wikipedia's infobox gives 1.266 billion.
