How much did Central Park Tower cost to build?
Central Park Tower is the 472.4 m, 98-storey supertall residential and retail skyscraper at 217 West 57th Street in Manhattan, New York, developed by Extell with the Shanghai Municipal Investment Group, begun with excavation in May 2014, topped out on 17 September 2019 and completed in 2020, with 179 condominiums and a seven-storey Nordstrom flagship store. English Wikipedia, citing NBC New York in 2019, says the tower cost 3 billion dollars to construct, over a billion more than Extell's 2018 figure of 1.9 billion.
