What total investment did Indonesia report for the Cikopo–Palimanan toll road when it opened in 2015?
The Cikopo–Palimanan Toll Road (Cipali) is a 116.75-kilometre toll highway in West Java linking Cikopo with Palimanan. At its inauguration on 13 June 2015, Indonesia's Cabinet Secretariat reported the Public Works minister's Rp 13.779 trillion investment figure for the road, financed by operator equity and bank loans under a public-private partnership. That is the reported total investment for this completed road, not a separately audited construction-contract total. Earlier pre-construction estimates such as Rp 12.562 trillion should not be presented as the final investment.
