How much does Colorado Connector cost?

The Colorado Connector (CoCo), the planned Front Range passenger rail service named on 6 April 2026, is the intercity train between Fort Collins and Pueblo with 13 permanent stations that the Front Range Passenger Rail District plans to build in phases, with Phase 1 starter service of three daily round trips between Denver and Fort Collins funded for 2029 and a November 2026 ballot measure on a sales tax for the rest. The District's financing plan of August 2026 gives total project capital costs in year-of-expenditure dollars of 332 million for Phase 1, 1,772 million, 611 million, 99 million and 2,027 million for the later phases, 4,841 million in all.
