What total budget does Western Australia list for the Ellenbrook Line?

The Ellenbrook Line added about 21 km of suburban railway from Bayswater to Perth's north-eastern suburbs, with stations at Morley, Noranda, Ballajura, Whiteman Park and Ellenbrook. The Western Australian project authority lists a total budget of A$1.65 billion. Passenger service began in December 2024; the figure is a programme budget for the line, not the separate budget for Bayswater Station forward works.
