How much did the extension of Hamburg — U4 — U4 to Elbbrücken cost?
The U4 extension to Elbbrucken is the 1.3 km section of the Hamburg U-Bahn line U4 from HafenCity Universitat to the new Elbbrucken terminus, with a frame tunnel of about 710 m and a frame trough structure of about 230 m, under construction from 2014 and opened on 9 December 2018. The engineering firm Krebs+Kiefer reported that it cost 33 million euros less than planned, with a final figure of 145 million euros against 178 million.
