How much did IDS Center cost to build?

The IDS Center is the 57-storey office tower and Crystal Court complex on Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis, Minnesota, designed by Philip Johnson and John Burgee with Edward F. Baker Associates for Investors Diversified Services, built by Shell Construction from 1969 and completed in 1972, and still the tallest building in the state at about 241 m with 1.4 million square feet of office, retail and hotel space. A community wiki gives the project cost as 125 million dollars, while the Wikipedia article states a construction cost of 13.5 million dollars, a figure that does not fit a building of that size.
