The Industrial Trust Building Redevelopment is a planned adaptive-reuse project at 111 Westminster Street in Providence, Rhode Island. The project will convert the vacant 1928 Art Deco tower, commonly called the Superman Building, into approximately 308 apartments with office, retail and community space. Initial demolition and abatement work began in 2023; a revised $327 million plan received additional state incentives in August 2026 while full construction financing was still being assembled.
