Road or highway 路 United States

What did the original Portland Stadium Freeway, including the Fremont Bridge, cost to build?

Interstate 405 is Portland's Stadium Freeway, the western half of the downtown inner loop. Oregon Department of Transportation's interstate history reports $121 million for the original freeway project, including the Fremont Bridge but excluding the separate Marquam Bridge. Most of the route opened in February 1969; the Fremont Bridge completed the loop on 11 November 1973. The historical report describes the original corridor as about 4.2 miles long. The $121 million is a nominal original-project cost, not the price of later repairs or reconstruction.
