What is the budget for the M1B Kirazlı–Halkalı extension in Istanbul?

The M1B Kirazli to Halkali extension is the 9.7 km eastward-western extension of the M1B metro line (Yenikapi to Kirazli) in Istanbul, Turkey, through the districts of Bahcelievler, Bagcilar and Kucukcekmece, with ten stations on the operator's page, five tunnel boring machines and a capacity of 52,000 passengers per hour per direction. Works began on 28 April 2017, were restarted with a ceremony on 7 March 2021 after a stoppage, and Wikipedia says the section from Kirazli to Halkali University is expected to open in 2029 while the rest to Halkali is on hold.

This museum shows all sorts of office equipment, not necessarily for a bank, but used there anyhow, as well as bank-specific items. It’s location is excellent: close to the Egyptian Bazaar, the New Mosque, the Eminönü metro stop.
