Jeddah Tower, formerly Kingdom Tower, is the skyscraper under construction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, planned to reach about one kilometre and anchor the Kingdom City development. There is no single final cost yet because the tower is still under construction: on 2 October 2024 the developer agreed a SAR 7.2 billion contract with Saudi Binladin Group to complete it, including about SAR 1.1 billion already paid, while the structural engineer Thornton Tomasetti gives an expected construction cost of about 1.2 billion dollars.
