How much did JW Marriott Panama cost to build?

The JW Marriott Panama, formerly the Trump Ocean Club International Hotel and Tower, is the 70-storey sail-shaped mixed-use tower of about 284 m on the Punta Pacifica peninsula of Panama City, with a hotel, condominiums, a casino, restaurants and a yacht club, developed by K Group of Roger Khafif and designed by Arias Serna Saravia, with construction from 2007 and an opening on 6 July 2011, about a year behind schedule. TIME wrote in March 2010 that the project cost 400 million dollars, as the Wikipedia infobox does, while Luxury Travel Magazine called it a 430 million dollar property at the opening.
