What is the contract value of the Trillium Line South Extension?

The Line 2 South Expansion (Stage 2 Trillium Line South Extension) of Ottawa's O-Train adds about 11 km of new rail south from Greenboro to Limebank with four new stations (South Keys, Leitrim, Bowesville and Limebank) and a spur to the airport, plus two infill stations (Gladstone and Walkley), for a line of 19 km, built by TransitNEXT, a subsidiary of SNC-Lavalin, from mid-2019 and opened for revenue service on 6 January 2025 after delays from the first target of the fourth quarter of 2022. Lexpert reported at financial close that the fixed-price agreement was CAD 663 million with CAD 136 million of private capital from SNC-Lavalin, and that including long-term maintenance and rehabilitation the total project was valued at CAD 1.6 billion.
