How much did M-231 cost to build?

The M-231, the North Ottawa Bypass, is the new freeway route of 7.05 miles through central Ottawa County in Michigan, south of I-96, with a new bridge over the Grand River and a multi-use lane for pedestrians and cyclists, which the Michigan Department of Transportation opened to traffic at 4:00 pm on 30 October 2015. America's Transportation Awards, whose page describes MDOT's M-231 New Route Construction, call it a USD 200 million project west of Grand Rapids, while Wikipedia says the total cost was estimated at USD 180 million and had been expected near USD 150 million in 2006.
