How much did the first two segments of the M-5 Haggerty Connector cost?

The M-5 in Michigan, the Haggerty Connector, is the freeway and expressway built in three sections in the Detroit suburbs: the first segment from the I-96/I-275/I-696 interchange to 12 Mile Road opened on 27 October 1994 at a cost of USD 35 million with 11 miles of pavement, seven bridges and 11 ramps, the second to 14 Mile Road opened on 2 August 1999 after construction began in July 1996 at about USD 23 million, and the final two miles to Pontiac Trail opened on 1 November 2002 at an unknown cost. The USD 69.5 million of the earlier snapshot was the estimated cost of the 24-mile freeway from Farmington Hills to Davisburg that Michigan cancelled in 1977.
