What was the contract amount for the 2007 MacArthur Maze connector rebuild?

The MacArthur Maze I-580 connector rebuild was the emergency reconstruction of the freeway ramp connecting eastbound I-80 to eastbound I-580 at the MacArthur Maze interchange in Oakland, California, which collapsed after a fuel tanker fire on Sunday 29 April 2007 and reopened on Thursday 24 May 2007 at 8:40 p.m., 25 days after the accident. The Federal Highway Administration and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission say C.C. Myers, Inc. won the contract with a low bid of USD 867,075 plus an incentive of USD 200,000 for each day of early completion capped at USD 5 million, which Wikipedia says the contractor earned, so the contract amounted to about USD 5.87 million.
