How much did Merdeka 118 cost to build?
Merdeka 118 is the 118-storey Kuala Lumpur skyscraper developed by Permodalan Nasional Berhad. The Star wrote on 7 April 2025 that it is one of PNB's most significant developments to date with a cost of 5 billion Malaysian ringgit, while a New Straits Times report of October 2026 says the Merdeka 118 development has incurred 10.6 billion ringgit in development costs to date, with planned residential components expected to add another 1.4 billion.
