How much did O-Bahn Busway cost to build?

The O-Bahn Busway is Adelaide's 12 km guided busway along the River Torrens from the city to Tea Tree Plaza in Modbury, built instead of a planned light rail line, with the first 6 km stage to Paradise opened in 1986 and the extension to Tea Tree Plaza completed in 1989. TCRP Report 90 (Transportation Research Board) says developmental costs totalled AUD 97.8 million for the busway, about AUD 8.2 million per kilometre, and Wikipedia gives AUD 98 million including the buses.
