What is the approved budget of One Bangkok?
One Bangkok is the mixed-use urban district of about 17 hectares in central Bangkok developed by TCC Assets (Thailand) and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand). Frasers Property's press release of 8 October 2024 describes it as having an investment value of 120 billion Thai baht, about 3.2 billion US dollars, and announces that it will open its doors to the public on 25 October 2024.
