How much does the redevelopment of One Comcentre redevelopment cost?

One Comcentre is Singtel and Lendlease's redevelopment of the former Comcentre headquarters site in Singapore's Somerset district, not the original office tower opened around 1980. Singtel's June 2022 stock-exchange disclosure forecast a S$2.7 billion total redevelopment cost for the project company, including a S$1.63 billion land transfer; its separate S$3 billion gross development value is an estimate of the finished asset's value, not a construction bill. The scheme broke ground on 8 July 2025 and is being built as twin 20-storey office towers with more than 110,000 square metres of planned gross floor area. Leasing began in September 2026, with completion targeted for the end of 2028. The stored photograph shows the earlier Comcentre building before redevelopment, not a completed One Comcentre.
