How much did One Liberty Plaza cost to build?

One Liberty Plaza is the 54-floor, 743 ft (226 m) International Style office tower in Lower Manhattan designed by Roy Allen of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill for U.S. Steel, built from 1969 and completed in 1972, with SOM listing 1973 as its completion year. Buildings DB and the Wikipedia infobox give its cost as a reported USD 120 million in nominal 1970s dollars, and Wikipedia adds later transactions that are not construction costs, such as Brookfield's USD 432 million purchase in 2001.
