What is the financing amount for One Manhattan Square?

One Manhattan Square is the 80-storey, about 800 ft residential supertall at 252 South Street in the Two Bridges area of Manhattan, developed by Extell with 815 residential units and a separate 205-unit affordable building, begun in 2014 and opened in 2019. No source opened gives its construction cost: the Wikipedia infobox says USD 250 million with no citation, Bisnow (18 November 2016) reports a USD 500 million construction loan and a sellout target of USD 1.9 billion, and IREI (30 August 2019) reports a USD 692 million Blackstone refinancing that replaced a USD 750 million Deutsche Bank construction loan.
