How much did Ping An Finance Centre cost to build?

The Ping An Finance Centre is a 115-storey, 599 m supertall office skyscraper in Shenzhen, China, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, begun in August 2009, topped out in 2015 and completed in 2017, the fourth tallest building in the world with the highest observation deck at the time. The Infrastructure Index gives an estimated cost of USD 1.5 billion, the same figure as Wikipedia, and neither a developer nor a Chinese-language source gives a cost in yuan.
