How much did Portland - Milwaukie LRT cost to build?

The Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail Transit Project (MAX Orange Line) is a 7.3-mile, 10-station TriMet light rail line from Portland State University through South Waterfront and inner Southeast Portland to Milwaukie and Oak Grove in Oregon, including Tilikum Crossing, the first multi-modal bridge in the United States that carries light rail, streetcar, buses, bicycles and pedestrians but no private vehicles. It was built from May 2011 and opened on 12 September 2015, and TriMet's project page gives its cost as USD 1.49 billion, half federally funded.
