What is the contract value of Residential Intempo?
Intempo is a two-tower residential skyscraper of 256 apartments and over 13,000 square metres of shared amenities in Benidorm, Spain, begun in 2006, left unfinished when its promoter and lender collapsed, taken over by Sareb, sold to the American fund SVP Global in a deal of around EUR 110 million, completed by Uniq Residential and inaugurated as Intempo Sky Resort in August 2021, with a stated height of 192 to 198 metres. No construction cost was found in the opened sources: Wikipedia's infobox gives GBP 72.5 million without explanation and says a EUR 92 million loan from Caixa Bank started construction in 2005.
