What was the budget for the Sacramento Blue Line extension to Cosumnes River?

The Sacramento South Line Phase 2 extension, also called the Blue Line extension to Cosumnes River College, is a 4.3-mile light rail extension of Sacramento Regional Transit from Meadowview Road to Cosumnes River College with four new stations, Morrison Creek, Franklin, Center Parkway and Cosumnes River College, begun in 2011 and opened on 24 August 2015. A Cosumnes River College newspaper reported it finished ahead of schedule and about USD 10 million under its USD 270 million budget, and a contractor's project page also lists an estimated construction cost of USD 270 million, while the earlier snapshot used USD 256.7 million from the FTA Capital Cost Database.
