How much did Salt Lake City - North South Corridor cost to build?

The original TRAX North-South line is the Utah Transit Authority's first light rail line, 15.1 miles from the Sandy Civic Center to the Delta Center in downtown Salt Lake City, opened in December 1999 about a year ahead of schedule after two years of construction. KSL reported in August 2011 that UTA says the original line came in at USD 312 million in 1999, a figure also appearing in 1997 Deseret News coverage cited by UtahRails, whereas the earlier snapshot used USD 294.9 million from the FTA Capital Cost Database.
