How much did the Tasman West light rail extension in Santa Clara County, California cost?

The Tasman West Light Rail Project is a 7.6-mile (12.2-km) extension of Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority's light rail from Old Ironsides station to Mountain View with 12 new stations through Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, San Jose and Mountain View, funded partly by the 1996 Measure B sales tax. The Federal Highway Administration's CMAQ case study says it opened to the public in December 1999, a year ahead of schedule and on budget, at a total project cost of USD 325 million, whereas the earlier snapshot recorded USD 359.9 million from the FTA Capital Cost Database, which could not be reopened.
