How much does Santiago Metro cost?
Santiago Metro Line 7 is the automated 25.8 km line with 19 stations under construction for Metro de Santiago, whose rolling stock and signalling contract of 355 million euros went to Alstom. Railway Gazette International reported on 10 March 2022 that it was being built at a cost of 2.53 billion US dollars, with opening then expected in late 2027.
