How much did Seat of the European Central Bank cost to build?

The seat of the European Central Bank is the Frankfurt headquarters of the ECB, a 185 m north tower and 165 m south tower built around the historic Grossmarkthalle, whose project construction began in May 2010 and which the ECB moved into in March 2015. The ECB said in 2005 that the overall investment cost was estimated at 850 million euros at 2005 constant prices and in September 2012 that problems with the Grossmarkthalle would add about 100 to 150 million euros, while World Construction Network says the cost escalated to 1.3 billion euros by completion.
