How much did the Skyrail Midorizaka Line in Hiroshima cost to build?

The Skyrail Midorizaka Line (Skyrail Service Hiroshima Short-Distance Seno Line) was a 1.3 km hybrid suspended monorail and ropeway system in Aki Ward, Hiroshima, Japan, with three stations and a height difference of about 160 metres, linking JR Seno Station with the Skyrail Town Midorizaka housing estate. It opened on 28 August 1998 with a total construction cost of about JPY 6.2 billion and was discontinued on 1 May 2024 after its last day of service on 30 April. Japanese Wikipedia gives the cost without an opened primary source; Kobe Shimbun says construction cost about one third of a monorail.
